Application Process
We welcome applications from couples facing terminal illness or severe health conditions. Family members, friends, caretakers, or hospice workers may also apply on behalf of a couple. To ensure we provide the best possible support, a doctor’s verification of health circumstances is required.
Eligibility Criteria:

One partner must be diagnosed with a terminal illness with a prognosis of fewer than five years or be facing life-altering circumstances (e.g., a severely injured veteran).

For urgent wishes, the prognosis must be fewer than six months.

Both partners must be over the age of 18.

Both partners must be U.S. citizens.
Please Note: We are unable to grant wishes based on financial hardship or job loss. Only complete applications will be considered, and not all applications may be approved.
